Summary

ThereminAir does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app runs entirely on your Apple Watch and never connects to the internet.

What Data The App Accesses

  • Motion sensor data (accelerometer and gyroscope, via Apple's CoreMotion framework). Used only in real time to control the app's instrument gestures and sound behavior. Samples are processed on the watch and are never written to disk, transmitted, or retained after the app closes.
  • Local app settings (via Apple's standard UserDefaults). The app may store preferences on the device, such as display or sound settings. These settings never leave the watch.

What The App Does Not Do

  • No accounts, sign-in, or user identifiers.
  • No network requests, analytics, or telemetry.
  • No third-party SDKs or trackers.
  • No advertising.
  • No HealthKit, location, contacts, photos, or microphone access.
  • No data sold or shared with third parties.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes To This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at the same URL as this document, with a new "Last updated" date.
